Key Responsibilities:

Support Planning Engineer in developing annual maintenance budgets and plans for electrical equipment.

Collect and analyze technical and financial data/reports for planning and budgeting.

Coordinate with execution teams to track planned/routine activities and prepare progress reports.

Manage maintenance records, reports, OEM documents, and technical references.

Utilize project management tools to track KPIs and workforce allocation.

Plan and prioritize unplanned/emergency jobs based on criticality.

Review incident/trouble reports, audits, and OEM recommendations to define corrective actions.

Prepare and update work schedules, ensure clear responsibilities, and issue completion reports.
Requirements:

Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

810 years of relevant maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas industry as a Planning Officer for electrical equipment.

Strong skills in maintenance management software, project management tools, and electrical engineering principles.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
