Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company and its clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our business practices and operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and support to the company and its clients on a wide range of legal matters - Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents - Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations - Advise on legal risks and potential liabilities associated with business decisions and operations - Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations, settlements, and litigation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all areas of the business - Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company - Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters as needed - Maintain and update legal documentation and records - Handle any other legal matters as assigned by the company's management team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a corporate environment - Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations is required - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases - Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
