We have an urgent requirement for Procurement Officer - 6 + 6 Month extendable Contract

Key Responsibilities -

Contracts Management Support

Request Review & Tender Preparation: Review ADNOC Directorates requests for consultancy, insurance, and

other contracts, ensuring completeness and alignment with business needs. Prepare and issue Requests for

Tender (RFT) using SAP Ariba.

EOI & Prequalification: Initiate Expressions of Interest (EOI) and pre-qualification exercises to assess market

interest and establish qualified bidder lists.

Bid Management & Evaluation: Act as the focal point between end-users and bidders during the tender process,

handling bid clarifications, technical evaluations, and unpriced commercial assessments.

Commercial Evaluation & Negotiation: Conduct detailed commercial evaluations, determine negotiation

strategies, and engage relevant stakeholders.

Contract Award & Administration: Prepare award recommendations, issue Letters of Award (LOAs), and manage

contract documentation through to contract closeout, including handling contract variations, claims, and

performance reviews.

Purchasing Management Support

PO & LTPA Processing: Review Purchase Requests (PRs) and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Long-Term

Purchase Agreements (LTPAs) based on ADNOCs procurement needs.

Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation: Engage in supplier sourcing and perform vendor evaluations to ensure alignment

with ADNOC standards.

Tendering & Bid Management: Prepare purchasing tenders, manage bid clarifications, and conduct thorough

commercial evaluations.

Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in SAP and Ariba, providing transparency in purchasing

activities and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

4. Technical Proficiency Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas procurement (preferably with ADNOC or group companies).

Technical, engineering, and EPC project background.

Proficiency in SAP and Ariba, with strong skills in materials purchasing, service contracting, and expediting.

A bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
