Job Title: Occupational Safety & Health Lead Engineer (Offshore Pipeline)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Safety & Health Lead Engineer to oversee HSE activities for offshore pipeline projects in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and promote a strong safety culture across project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement occupational safety and health programs for offshore pipeline projects.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and company policies.
• Provide HSE training and guidance to project teams and contractors.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Monitor offshore operations and enforce safety procedures to minimize risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in HSE roles, specifically in offshore pipeline projects.
• Strong understanding of offshore safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
