Job Summary :
The HR Manager will oversee human resources functions within a recruitment and staffing agency, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the company's mission. This role requires a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, recruitment practices, and the ability to lead and manage HR initiatives. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and development, while also collaborating with leadership to enhance organizational culture and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
Analyze workforce trends to anticipate future HR needs, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and organizational development.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices to support business growth.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure a strong talent pipeline, both internally and for clients.
Implement efficient sourcing and selection processes, partnering with client teams to match candidates effectively.
Manage vendor relationships with job portals, staffing firms, and HR software providers.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Promote open communication and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Conduct engagement surveys, develop action plans, and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Management
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, MOHRE regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
Maintain HR policies and procedures, updating them as needed to remain compliant with changes in labor laws.
Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employment-related issues in accordance with UAE labor law.
5. Performance Management & Development
Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and objective evaluations.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Identify high-potential employees and create succession planning strategies.
6. Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
Conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation.
Recommend and manage employee benefits packages in line with company goals and industry standards.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
Generate HR reports to analyze trends related to recruitment, turnover, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
Utilize HR metrics to drive strategic decisions and provide insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within recruitment/staffing or a related industry.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, recruitment processes, and best practices.
