  1. The contractor performs a shortlisting based on the below checklist and scores the candidate. This form shall be submitted along with each resume.
  2. The Contractor must conduct the candidate evaluation and shortlisting process in an impartial manner, free from personal biases, ensuring that all candidates are considered based on their overall potential and fit for the role.
  3. The contractor must verify the facts to confirm the accuracy of the candidates information.
  4. We may further interview any candidate, including those lacking critical skill in your opinion; if such candidates are found to be better suited for the position, it may impact the contractors future business opportunities.
  5. The contractor is required to identify a minimum of two candidates who are a strong match for the role, scoring between 21 and 24.
