Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administration Lead to manage and oversee contract administration for mega offshore EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective contract execution, post-award subcontract administration, and cost control while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Oversee post-award subcontract administration, including claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide expertise in quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control for EPC contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract execution aligns with project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring alignment with legal and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to liaise with international stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contracts administration, quantity surveying, and estimation for Oil & Gas EPC contracts.
  • Strong background in post-award subcontract administration.
  • Experience working on mega offshore EPC projects.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
