The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our fleet of vessels, ensuring safe and efficient operations at all times. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet of vessels, including crew management, maintenance, and repair activities. - Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations. - Monitor vessel performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards. - Manage and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of vessels. - Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of vessel crew members. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Monitor and control vessel operating budgets and expenses. - Prepare reports and presentations on vessel operations for senior management. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in vessel operations management, preferably in the marine industry. - Strong knowledge of vessel operations, maintenance, and repair. - Excellent leadership and management skills. - Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs. - Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
