Recruitment Officer (UAE National)

• Accountable for the recruitment strategy, process, policies, and procedures, as well as ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and talent requirements.
• Additionally, the Recruitment Officer is accountable for the day-to-day recruitment activities of the company's, which includes identifying recruitment requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates, and selecting successful candidates.
• Responsible for managing the company's recruitment activities to ensure that the right candidates meet all talent requirements on time. This includes identifying recruitment requirements; sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates; selecting the most qualified candidates; and effectively onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, in a relevant field
• UAE National
