QC Inspector- Civil

1. Engineering Diploma in relevant discipline; shall be fully conversant with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications; and shall perform a variety of complex inspection functions with minimal supervision.

2. Shall have 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years experience in the given inspection specialty, 4 yrs of which have been in oil and gas or petrochemical industries.

3. Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of recognized building codes such as the Uniform Building Code (UBC) or equivalent standards.

4. He should demonstrate his knowledge in ACI, ASTM and BS standards.

QC Inspector - Electrical

Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline. Shall have 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years experience in the given inspection specialty, 4 yrs of which have been in oil and gas or petrochemical industries.

Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of the National Electric Code/NFPA 70, or equivalent standards.

He shall also have working knowledge of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries.

QC Inspector - GRE

Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline; shall be fully conversant with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications and shall perform a variety of complex inspection functions with minimal supervision. Shall have 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years experience in the given inspection specialty. Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of GRE fabrication and installation inspection and applicable Codes & Standards. Shall have previous training and certification records to demonstrate competence

HVAC Inspector

Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline. Shall have 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years experience in the given inspection specialty. Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of codes such as the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning CONTRACTORs National Association (SMACNA) codes and/or equivalent standards. Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough knowledge of codes such as the Uniform Plumbing or equivalent standards

QC Inspector - Instrumentation

Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline. Shall have 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years experience in the given inspection specialty, 4 yrs of which have been in oil and gas or petrochemical industries. Inspector shall satisfy the requirements of a fully qualified Instrument Technician/ Engineer meeting the requirements laid out by the Instrument Society of America or the Institute of Measurement and Control. He shall also have applicable working knowledge of instrument and electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries in accordance with the National Electric Code, NEC/NFPA 70, or equivalent Standards.

The Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of telecommunications, and be familiar with North American or International Telecommunications Standards; Building Industry Consulting Services International - Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (BICSI-TDMM); National Electrical Codes; and National Electrical Safety Codes, or their equivalents.

QC Inspector - Material Receiving

Engineering Diploma in relevant discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) with a total experience of min. 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry. Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of his speciality discipline and and have proven inspection experience in similar projects in the past. Shall have good knowledge International Codes/Standards relevant to the discipline. Preferable to have valid certifications like ASNT Level II in NDT or CSWIP/AWS welding inspection certification. Shall be capable of using various inspection equipment including PMI machines.

QC Inspector - Mechanical Rotative

Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline. Shall have 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years experience in the given inspection specialty, 4 yrs of which have been in oil and gas or petrochemical industries. For rotating equipment, the inspector shall have through knowledge in API 686 and familiar with installation, initial alignment, final alignment by dial gages or laser, periodic preservation etc. For static equipment, the inspector shall be familiar with trays installation inspection, laser alignment and levelling, equipment field assembly, box up inspection, preservation etc.

QC Inspector - Mechanical Static

Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline. Shall have 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years experience in the given inspection specialty, 4 yrs of which have been in oil and gas or petrochemical industries. Inspector shall demonstrate working knowledge of codes such as ASME Sec I, V, VIII and IX. He shall be able to perform all types of equipment inspection such as inspections that require the use of callipers, micrometres, infrared camera, boroscope, pit gauges etc. to ensure continued safe operation; tests and inspections on equipment that has been repaired or modified to assure that the equipment meets the manufacturers and ASME Code requirements; inspections for the installation of hot tap, weld plus ends, repair sleeves, or any welding that is required on equipment while in service; and inspections on vessels and equipment heat treatments.

QC Inspector - Pipeline Coating

Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline. Having a total experience of min. 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry (construction and source inspection). Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of critical Pipeline coating applications and methods (shop and field joint coating) and recognized industry standards and Inspector shall be qualified to NACE Level I / II or CSWIP / BGAS Grade 1 / 2, or another acceptable equivalent.

QC Inspector - Pipeline NDT

Shall hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or an approved equivalent with 10 years of Pipeline NDT inspection. AUT/PAUT/TOFD inspectors shall hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or an approved equivalent. Shall be qualified in accordance with TWI CWSIP ISO 9712 Level-II for AUT Inspector. Shall be qualified in accordance with BINDT/PCN ISO 9712 Level-II for PAUT / TOFD Inspector. Shall have prior experience in the relevant method and shall have worked in 3 prior projects for various sizes and wall thicknesses and permitted to work under full time supervision of ASNT level III in similar capacity.

RT film interpreter shall be certified to ASNT ACCP level III, or CSWIP / PCN level II in RT with 5 years experience after certification in relevant to Oil & Gas projects. Ultrasonic testing technician shall be certified to CSWIP / PCN level II certification with 5 years experience after certification, relevant to Oil & Gas projects. Other inspectors/technicians shall have ASNT or CSWIP / PCN level II certification with min. 5years of relevant experience post certification in Oil & Gas industry (alternative equivalent qualifications may also be acceptable, subject to approval).

QC Inspector - Piping NDT

Shall hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or an approved equivalent with 10 years of relevant industrial experience. RT film interpreter shall be certified to ASNT ACCP level III, or CSWIP / PCN level II in RT with 5 years experience after certification in relevant to Oil & Gas projects. Ultrasonic testing technician shall be certified to CSWIP / PCN level II certification with 5 years experience after certification, relevant to Oil & Gas projects. Other inspectors/technicians shall have ASNT or CSWIP / PCN level II certification with min. 5years of relevant experience post certification in Oil & Gas industry (alternative equivalent qualifications may also be acceptable, subject to approval).

AUT/PAUT/TOFD inspectors shall hold a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or an approved equivalent. Shall be qualified in accordance with TWI CWSIP ISO 9712 Level-II for AUT Inspector. Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical engineering discipline. Having a total experience of min. 8 years in the Oil & Gas Projects in similar role. Strong supervisory, coordination, and reporting skills. Fluent English lingual skills. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Strong experience in Insulation material and installation inspections and have relevant certifications (like SSPC or NIA insulation inspection etc.). Shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of International Codes & Standards related to the specialty discipline.

QC Supervisor - Instrumentation

QC Supervisor - Welding

Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline. Shall have 15 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years experience in the given inspection specialty, 4 yrs of which have been in oil and gas or petrochemical industries. Inspector shall be certified as an American Welding Society CWI, CSWIP Certified Welding Inspector, or COMPANY approved equivalent. Inspector shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes such as ANSI B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 1104, API 620 and 650, AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the WORK. Where Non-destructive Testing (NDT) forms part of the WORK, and Inspector is required to review, audit, or ensure NDT programs and results, he shall have been previously qualified and certified to a minimum ASNT Level II in the relevant method(s). When performing, reviewing, ensuring, or auditing Non-destructive Testing in VT, MT, PT, RT, or UT, he shall be certified in the specific method(s). When performing, reviewing, ensuring, or auditing Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation.

Senior QC Engineer - Electrical

Bachelor of engineering in Electrical engineering discipline. Having a total experience of min. 15 years in the Oil & Gas Projects in similar role. Strong supervisory, coordination, and reporting skills. Fluent English lingual skills. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Strong experience in Electrical construction and installation inspection and have relevant certifications (like in Electrical & Instrumentation inspections like IEC Ex etc.). Sr. QC Engineer Instrumentation

Sr. QC Engineer Piping

Sr. QC Engineer Test Pack Mgr.

Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical engineering discipline. Having a total experience of min. 15 years in the Oil & Gas Projects in similar role. Strong supervisory, coordination, and reporting skills. Fluent English lingual skills. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Strong experience in Piping site inspections and test pack management and have relevant certifications (like in welding inspection, NDT, Coating etc.). Shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of International Codes & Standards related to the specialty discipline.

Sr. QC Paint & Coating Engineer

Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical or Metallurgy engineering discipline. Having a total experience of min. 15 years in the Oil & Gas Projects in similar role. Strong supervisory, coordination, and reporting skills. Fluent English lingual skills. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Strong experience in respective discipline and shall have either NACE CIP Level 3, SSPC PCI Level 3 or equivalent certification in Coating inspection. Shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of International Codes & Standards related to the specialty discipline.

Welding Coordinator

Shall have an engineering degree or diploma with total experience of min. 12 years in welding related activities within the Oil & Gas Project environment. Shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes such as ANSI B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 620 and 650, AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the WORK. Shall be capable of Preparing, Reviewing & qualification of Welding procedures and selecting consumable. Shall have experience in construction of Oil and Gas Industry facilities Pressure Vessels, Fabrication of Piping/Pipeline, Tanks etc.

QC Inspector - E&I

1. Hold a B.Sc. Degree/Diploma or an approved equivalent degree/diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering. Shall possess COMPEX(Ex01 to Ex04) or IECex (Ex01,03,04,06,07,08) training certification as minimum.

2. Min. 05 Yrs. of inspection experience in Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecommunication Inspection field in the Oil & Gas industry.(Experience in Aramco and Adnoc projects is preferable)

3. Must be experienced in interpreting and applying EPC Contractor and project design documentation in the construction, testing and commissioning of all Electrical/instrumentation and control systems in Offshore/Onshore Oil and gas new construction large projects. He shall also have working knowledge of electrical/instrumentation/telecom installations including materials, methods, specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries

4. Inspector shall be familiar with the international Industry Industry Codes and Standards related to Intrinsically Safe Systems and Electrical Systems for Instrumentation such as; ISA, RP12.6, ISA RP12.2.02, ISA TR12., ANSI MC96.1, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100, IEC 60529, NEMA ICS 6, NEMA 250, NEMA VE I, NEMA VE 2, NFPA 70lNEC and UL 94.
