Billing & Collection Officer

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Billing & Collection Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the billing and collection process for our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner - Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection - Maintain accurate records of all billing and collection activities - Handle client inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies - Prepare and analyze monthly billing reports - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing - Monitor and track payment trends and identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing and collection matters Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and collection, preferably in a similar industry - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure - Customer service-oriented mindset - Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus Join Our Team: At Star Services LLC, we value our employees and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
