Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and project management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and implement solutions

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts and team members

- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and procedures

- Monitor and report on the performance of systems and processes, identifying any issues and proposing solutions

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management

- Participate in the testing and implementation of new systems and upgrades

- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis and project management

- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience with ERP systems and implementation is a plus

- ITIL or PMP certification is a plus
