Electrical/ HVAC Technician
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic
wiring, equipment, circuit breakers, transformers, control
panel or other components appliances, apparatus, and
fixtures, using hand tools and power tools diagnose
malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, to
locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating and air
conditioning and chilled water distribution equipment and
systems
Carries out duties as per standards and guidance of site incharge/senior technician and reporting of abnormal
situation in a timely manner
Team work and efficiency of job performance towards the
customer satisfaction
Be available on call to work nights or weekends , rotating
basis, to service emergency needs of our customers
Maintain and trouble shooting of different electronic and
electrical control units related to air conditioning and
refrigeration including Chillers and Cold Store
Install and modify of electrical/electronic instruments and
control systems as required
Be responsible for the safe custody & maintenance of
equipment, tools, spare parts and materials in personal
custody provided by the Company for work purposes and
returning the old spare parts to the foreman
Notice problem and develop option for potential solution
and assist team member / Technician beyond the regular
position requirement.
Ability to read blueprint, piping and electrical drawings
Follow proper work order and required procedures before
any maintenance
Chiller Technician
Regular checking of liquid (refrigerant) level.
Regular checking of oil level, pressure, temperature and
operation of the oil heater.
Regular checking for oil or refrigerant leaks.
Grease of motor bearings or replace oil, as applicable
