Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Offshore Operation Engineer with a strong background in marine and subsea operations for EPC/EPCI offshore projects. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate vessel and barge preparation, mobilization, and offshore execution, ensuring alignment with project requirements and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise marine and subsea operations for offshore installation campaigns.

Manage vessel and barge readiness, including mobilization, demobilization, and equipment integration.

Coordinate DP (Dynamic Positioning) and derrick pipelay operations.

Interface with marine contractors, project teams, and offshore crews.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Prepare and review operational procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.

Minimum 8-10 years offshore experience, including EPC/EPCI project execution.

Proven expertise in DP operations, pipelay (derrick), and subsea installation.

Strong leadership and coordination skills in offshore environments.

Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET).
