Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Offshore Operation Engineer with a strong background in marine and subsea operations for EPC/EPCI offshore projects. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate vessel and barge preparation, mobilization, and offshore execution, ensuring alignment with project requirements and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise marine and subsea operations for offshore installation campaigns.

  • Manage vessel and barge readiness, including mobilization, demobilization, and equipment integration.

  • Coordinate DP (Dynamic Positioning) and derrick pipelay operations.

  • Interface with marine contractors, project teams, and offshore crews.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

  • Prepare and review operational procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 8-10 years offshore experience, including EPC/EPCI project execution.

  • Proven expertise in DP operations, pipelay (derrick), and subsea installation.

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills in offshore environments.

  • Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET).
