Key Accountabilities:
- Proactively greet and assist visitors.
- Oversee reception area management, including telecommunication systems.
- Efficiently handle inquiries, keep directories updated, and manage visitor logs.
- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism, focusing on customer service while adeptly managing high-pressure situations.
- Updating and maintaining staff records on Facts Sharp (HRMS), including documentation such as passports, Emirates IDs, visa, security passes, and labor cards.
- Coordinating with HR and external staff to ensure timely receipt and return of documents, particularly in cases involving old security passes.
- Responding to emails and phone inquiries to provide information and assistance to staff and external parties.
- Cordially greeting and assisting clients, proficiently managing the meeting room's status for a seamless experience.
- Checking, responding to, and forwarding emails from the company's main domain to the appropriate recipients.
- Liaising with Dubai branch in case of document transfer.
- Handling the receipt and dispatch of documents through couriers, ensuring their effective distribution within the company.
- Supporting recruiters by contacting candidates, scheduling interviews.
- Providing general administrative support to various departments, addressing important requests and tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Bachelor's Degree holder related with the field
- Must be residing in Saudi Arabia
- Should be available for face to face interview in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- With at least 3-5 years experience working as Receptionist and Admin Assistant in any outsourcing company or related industry
