Position: Senior Communication Engineer

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communication Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication systems and technologies, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex communication networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain communication systems and networks for our clients.

- Develop technical specifications and designs for communication systems, including radio, microwave, satellite, fiber optic, and wireless systems.

- Conduct site surveys, perform network analyses, and provide recommendations for network improvements and upgrades.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to communication systems.

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of communication equipment and systems.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of communication systems with other systems and technologies.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in communication technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.

- Manage and maintain project documentation, including design documents, technical manuals, and test procedures.

- Participate in project planning and budgeting activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining communication systems.

- Extensive knowledge of communication systems and technologies, including radio, microwave, satellite, fiber optic, and wireless systems.

- Strong understanding of network protocols and standards, such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi.

- Experience with network design and simulation tools.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
