Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to junior team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

- Escalate issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution

- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact clients' operations

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions to improve clients' systems and processes

- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge

- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities and resolutions

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry to provide innovative solutions to clients

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware, and software

- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus
