Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas industry and be fluent in both Chinese and English. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain an efficient document control system for all project-related documents
• Receive, record, and distribute all project documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure all documents are properly identified, filed, and stored for easy retrieval
• Monitor and track document revisions and ensure all changes are properly documented and communicated
• Maintain document logs and registers to track the status of all project documents
• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents before filing and distribution
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of documents and resolve any discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for document control
• Provide training and support to project team members on document control procedures and systems
• Generate reports and statistics on document control activities as required
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the oil and gas industry
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and procedures
• Proficient in using document control software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with EPC projects and related documentation is preferred
