Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support a Subsea Pipeline Project in Taiwan. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for offshore and onshore pipeline operations. The candidate will ensure timely procurement, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10-12 years of experience in procurement for Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects.
• Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Experience in sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Familiarity with international and local procurement regulations in Taiwan.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
