The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests from clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Monitor and maintain network and server systems
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide training and support to users on software and hardware usage
- Document and maintain records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to provide the best support to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
