Job Title: IT Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Star Services LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. As an IT Project Manager, you will work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

3. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.

4. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

6. Manage project resources, including internal and external team members, to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

7. Conduct project meetings, including kickoff, status, and review meetings, to keep the project team and stakeholders informed of project progress.

8. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

9. Manage project change requests and ensure that they are properly evaluated, approved, and implemented.

10. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and ensure that they are motivated and engaged in the project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

8. PMP certification is a plus.
