Roles & Responsibilities
· Highly experienced lead teachers are assigned to a cluster of schools to provide administrative leadership and support.
· Lead teachers are responsible for ensuring schools within the cluster of their responsibility conform to administrative requirements of the company, along with evaluating the performance of all teaching staff.
· Lead teachers monitor the records of these schools to ensure all items are maintained up to date and information is complete and accurate according to set deadlines.
· Additionally, lead teachers will be assigned to teach specific classes in the schools within their assigned clusters. Lead teachers will oversee the any extracurricular activities along with the preparation and implementation of tournaments and other events.

· Good athletic and health ability within international standards of BMI. Passion for fitness, sports and physical activities is essential to inspire
· students to lead an active lifestyle inside and outside the school.
· Flexibility in lesson planning and the ability to adapt to various student needs and skill levels are essential.
· Strong motivational skills to encourage students to participate, improve, and set fitness short and long-term goals.
· Strong leadership skills are essential for PE teachers to lead sports teams, fitness classes, and group activities in the school community.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
· Comply with EHS Policies, Programs and Procedures as per ESE & Service Provider Sports policies and guidelines and take responsibility for any aspect of EHS that they are involved in
· Organize games and challenges that promote physical activity among high school students
· Exercise leadership by taking personal responsibility for monitoring and assessing the progress of all learners
· Maintain up-to-date records of learners work and performance and communicate learners progress
· knowledgeably and responsibly, based on appropriate indicators, to learners, parents, and other colleagues
· React quickly to an emergency or injury without panicking, and be physically fit enough to keep up with each class throughout the school day
· Teach students how to play and compete in a variety of athletic sports: basketball, gymnastics, running, and yoga. PE teachers will need solid experience in each of those areas
· Develop motor skills and physical development as well as proper exercise and eating habits among students
· Adjust curricula to adapt to children with disabilities or different physical abilities
· Communicate and demonstrate PE activities to students
· Observe all their students and maintain discipline within the class
· Develop Curricula including coursework in physical, health and general education topics, such as exercise philosophy, health and nutrition
· Deal with and successfully intercede in a wide variety of situations
· React quickly to an emergency or injury without panicking, and be physically fit enough to keep up with each class throughout the school day
· Teach students how to play and compete in variety of athletic sports, such as basketball, gymnastics, running, and yoga and others.
