The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services. Understand the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Keep accurate records of all calls and sales made. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred. Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Must be able to work full-time and have a valid UAE residence visa.
