HSE Manager

Job Title: HSE Manager – Water Industry
Location: KSA

Job Summary:
The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures for water industry projects, ensuring full compliance with KSA regulations, international standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project HSE plans, policies, and procedures

• Ensure compliance with KSA HSE regulations, client requirements, and international standards

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations

• Lead and mentor HSE teams on-site and promote a strong safety culture

• Coordinate with project management to ensure safe execution of all activities

• Prepare and submit HSE reports and maintain accurate safety records

Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, preferably in water, pipeline, or infrastructure projects

• NEBOSH and OSHA certifications (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory compliance

• Fluent in English and Arabic
