Job Title: Admin Assistant Projects Department
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 6 months (possible extension for another 6 months)

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Admin Assistant with a strong background in project administration (minimum 10 years), preferably within a Document controller coordinator. The role involves managing priority meetings, preparing accurate Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Projects Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project-related administrative tasks.

  • Organize and prioritize meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record MOM.

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely distribution of reports.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project-related communications.

  • Support project teams with scheduling, tracking progress, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant project admin experience, ideally in a DCC background.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
