Job Summary:
The Specialist – Contracts & Commercial is responsible for managing EPC, PMC, and consultancy contracts throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves supporting tendering activities, contract administration, variation management, and providing commercial support to ensure successful project execution in line with company policies and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer EPC, PMC, and consultancy contracts.
- Support tendering processes including bid preparation, evaluation, and contractor selection.
- Review contract terms, conditions, and commercial risks.
- Handle variation orders, claims, and contract amendments.
- Provide commercial support to project teams during execution stages.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure contractual compliance.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures, project requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in contracts and commercial management within EPC, PMC, or consultancy environments.
- Strong knowledge of tendering, bid evaluation, contract administration, and variation management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Familiarity with project delivery models and multidisciplinary project environments.
