Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Driller to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain drilling equipment, including drill rigs, pumps, and other related machinery. - Monitor drilling operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance. - Conduct pre-drilling checks and inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition. - Collaborate with the drilling team to plan and execute drilling activities according to project requirements. - Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. - Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including equipment usage, drilling parameters, and any incidents or issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues that may arise during drilling operations. - Train and mentor junior drilling personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in drilling operations. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Driller, preferably in the oil and gas industry. - Valid drilling certifications and licenses. - Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, including nights and weekends if required.
