Position: Promoter (Properties, 3-Month Contract)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (based on experience)
Contract Duration: 3 Months

We are currently hiring Female Property Handover Promoters to support a leading real estate developer in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, real estate, or related fields
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Candidates on own visa are preferred; company visa may be provided if required

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients and schedule property handover appointments
• Guide clients through the property handover process
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate viewing and snagging appointments
• Liaise with internal teams regarding defect rectification
• Provide timely updates to clients and maintain accurate records
