We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator – Steel to join our team in Dubai. Position Overview: As a Fabricator – Steel, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment. You will work with a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and other alloys, to create structures and components for various projects. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive pay and benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements - Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on metal materials - Cut, shape, and bend metal using various tools and machinery - Weld, grind, and polish metal pieces to create a smooth finish - Assemble and fit metal parts together to create structures or equipment - Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet quality standards - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with fabricated products - Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in the fabrication process - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget - Keep work area clean and organized. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Steel Fabricator - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications - Skilled in using various fabrication tools and equipment - Strong knowledge of different types of metal and their properties - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Must be able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment - Prior experience working in the UAE is preferred.
