The role involves driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. Candidates must have prior UAE experience in staffing/recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment & outsourcing.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve sales targets and business growth.

• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BDM role within recruitment/staffing solutions.

• Mandatory UAE market experience.

• Strong client network and market knowledge.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
