Product Manager (Digital / Agile / Government Projects)

Job brief

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end digital product delivery, from discovery and validation through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

This is a consultancy and client-facing role where you will own product outcomes while coaching client Product Managers and working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery, validation, delivery to post-launch optimisation
• Identify key assumptions and design experiments to validate product hypotheses
• Define product strategy, OKRs, and outcome-based roadmaps
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Drive story mapping, user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
• Track delivery KPIs, dependencies, and risks
• Define go-to-market strategies, analytics, and measurement frameworks
• Analyse post-launch performance and drive iterative improvements
• Coach and mentor client Product Managers / Product Owners
• Facilitate workshops, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle
• Proven experience in product discovery and end-to-end product delivery
• Strong knowledge of Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps
• Experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers / Product Owners, ideally in a consultancy or client-facing environment
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with the Singapore Government ecosystem (SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ) or government projects is advantageous
