US Corporate Associate | 1 Year PQE | Int'l Law Firm | HKG

We are seeking a US-qualified corporate associate with approximately one year of post-qualified experience to join a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including US securities offerings and IPOs, Hong Kong IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and other commercial agreements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex, cross-border transactions and high-profile deals.

Candidates must be native Mandarin speakers and have strong English communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates currently working at top-tier PRC firms or US law firms in Mainland China as associates. Exceptional candidates working as staff attorneys or equivalent at a US law firm on Mainland China could be considered. A solid academic background and familiarity with US securities laws are essential. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented lawyer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with colleagues across jurisdictions and has shown a natural flair for networking and business development.
