The Opportunity
We are seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years PQE to join our client's top-tier International Arbitration practice in Hong Kong. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile disputes under the guidance of market-leading partners, with exposure to both commercial and investor-state arbitrations.
YOU
- Strong academics from a leading law school.
- 3-5 years PQE in international arbitration, gained at a top international law firm or a leading Singaporean firm (if currently based in Singapore).
- Dual-track candidates considered:
- Hong Kong-based, HK-qualified lawyers with SFC regulatory experience (preferred).
- Singapore-based lawyers willing to relocate to Hong Kong.
- Fluency in English is essential; Chinese language skills are preferred
- Experience in complex cross-border disputes, including commercial arbitration (ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, LCIA) and/or investment treaty arbitration (ICSID, UNCITRAL).
