Arbitration/Litigation Associate | 6+ PQE | US Firm | Hong Kong

Our client, an elite US firm, is seeking a Senior Arbitration & Litigation Associate to join their team in Hong Kong. You will have a strong background in cross-border arbitration and litigation, with a focus on handling complex international disputes. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes cases and collaborate with leading legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead litigation and arbitration cases from initial assessment through to resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice on a variety of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, contractual issues, and international arbitration.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and arbitration submissions.

Qualifications:

• 6+PQE from top-tier law firms.
• Proven track record in handling cross-border international disputes and arbitration.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in international arbitration.
