A prestigious international law firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate at the 3-5 PQE level to join their Construction, Energy & Infrastructure team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a range of construction and infrastructure matters, with a particular focus on major projects across the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, joint venture agreements, and other related documentation.
- Providing strategic legal advice to clients on risk management, compliance, and regulatory issues in construction projects.
- Collaborating with cross-jurisdictional teams and liaising with clients across multiple sectors to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to the growth of the firm's energy and infrastructure practice.
Key Requirements:

PQE Level: 3-5 years (Common Law Qualified Solicitor / Lawyer).
- Expertise: Strong and demonstrable experience in Construction law with a particular focus on major infrastructure projects, energy sector work, and related disputes.

Proven track record of advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.

Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing construction contracts, including standard forms.

Solid knowledge of local regulations and standards, along with international practices.

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Experience or a strong interest in business development and client relationship management is a plus.
