Role Overview:

Our client, a Top Tier Law firm is seeking a candidate to be based in their Sydney office who will be part of a dynamic team focusing on project development, construction, and infrastructure. Experience within the mining is ideal sector. The role also extends to renewable sectors, including power transmission and offshore wind, as well as infrastructure sectors such as water, digital, and social. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operators in the mining, renewable, and infrastructure sectors.
• Provide strategic advice on project planning and structuring.
• Participate in tendering processes, bid evaluation, and negotiation with both government and private sector lenders and sponsors.

Qualifications:

• 5-7PQE
• Preference for Australian Qualified, additional qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience in project development, construction, and infrastructure, particularly within the mining sector.
• Familiarity with renewable sectors, including power transmission and offshore wind, as well as infrastructure sectors such as water, digital, and social.
• Experience in advising on project strategy and structuring, tendering, bid evaluation, and bidder negotiation for government and private sector lenders and sponsors.
