Regulatory Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the management of regulatory compliance issues.
• Aid in the creation and execution of internal regulatory compliance strategies.
• Participate in the legal assessment and approval of advertising, marketing and promotional materials
• Collaborate with external/local legal advisors in various markets on regulatory compliance issues.

Requirements:

• In-House experience in regulatory compliance, specifically in data privacy, consumer protection, and marketing and advertising.
• Bachelors degree in Law or a related field
• Fluent in English and Chinese, including Mandarin and Simplified Chinese.

Amazing:

• Digitally savvy
• Substantial regulatory compliance experience
• Retail industry experience
