Our client, a major law firm, is currently seeking an IT Analyst to join their IT customer service team in the HK office. 

Key Duties:

  • Resolve incidents and escalate when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with users.
  • Update tickets in accordance with global standards.
  • Independently handle laptop, desktop PC, and peripheral equipment configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain an asset inventory.
  • Support audio-visual events and remote conferences.
  • Manage service activities for new starters and leavers.
  • Assist other IT teams in testing new software and upgrades.
  • Act as a technology resource for industry trends.
  • Identify and communicate operational risks to IT and firm management.
  • Encourage continuous feedback within the team.

Qualifications :

  • Professional certification or experience (e.g., MCDST qualification) preferred.
  • A+ Certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in service desk and desktop support.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL environment and processes.
  • Proficient in Win10, Microsoft Office 2016, and legal applications.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Expertise in desktop PC, laptop, printer, and iPhone hardware support.
