Sales Director | Satellite Telecommunication Company | HKG | Up to $130k pm

Our client, a well-known satellite telecommunication company is looking for an experienced Sales Director (senior role), for the APAC region. This position will focus on driving the company's growth by meeting new business targets and overseeing the management of existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Acquire new business and expand existing accounts
• Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitors to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with teams to prepare commercial proposals
• Prepare pipeline reports for management
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business or engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in sales in Telecom and Satellite industry is a must
• Proven experience in managing complex bids and proposals is highly preferred
• Strong team player capable of working under high pressure and tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential
