Our client is looking for a General Banking Associate who will work on a variety of finance transactions and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of financing documents.
• Perform legal research and provide guidance on finance-related legal matters.
• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing finance transactions.

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Admitted to practice in a common law jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are essential.
