This top tier international law firm is hiring a Key Global Client Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of its top global clients, ensuring proactive management and high levels of client engagement.
This role involves maintaining accountability within client teams, focusing on lead generation, and driving opportunities. The manager will also analyse financial data, conduct market research, provide strategic pitch support, and generate actionable client feedback. Additionally, the role includes engaging clients on diversity and inclusion initiatives and organising targeted client events.
As well as managing client portfolios, you will be developing and tracking annual client plans, and ensuring regular dialogue with key relationship contacts. The manager will liaise with various internal stakeholders, prepare financial and non-financial reports, and monitor the financial performance of clients. They will also produce and manage client relationship documents, attend client meetings, and ensure compliance with commercial terms and KPIs.
The role requires proactive lead generation, building relationships with client contacts, and leveraging opportunities for revenue generation. The manager will also handle strategic pitches and bespoke documents, working with the firms commercial pricing and central pitch teams. Regular client feedback reviews, research and intelligence monitoring, and identifying new revenue opportunities are also essential aspects of the job.
Qualifications for this role include excellent client relationship management experience, ideally within a major international law firm or professional services environment. The candidate should have experience in strategic account planning and managing complex client relationships. Key skills include a global perspective, the ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
