Paralegal | Intl' Law Firm | Hong Kong

Our client, a top tier law firm is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Paralegal with at least 2-3 years of International law firm experience to join their busy team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and services in various areas of corporate law, including capital markets, M&A, and other corporate matters.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners to manage and resolve complex legal issues.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a top ranked university in China.
• 2-3+ years of experience in an International law firm in Hong Kong.
• Solid experience in capital markets, M&A, or corporate law.
• LLM degree from a university in Hong Kong is advantageous.
• Senior paralegals are also welcome to apply.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
