Senior Associate/Of Counsel (Dispute Resolution & Commercial Litigation) | Hong Kong | 8+ PQE

Our client, a fast expanding law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with a focus on Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will have a solid portfolio of clients and a portable book of business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to build up their portfolio and take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of dispute resolution and commercial litigation matters.
• Comfortable in client facing roles and able to manage client relationships
• Provide legal advice on injunctions, civil litigation including employment disputes, trust and estate disputes.

Qualifications:

• Hong Kong Qualified lawyer, additional qualifications are advantageous
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in dispute resolution and commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in injunctions, civil litigation including employment disputes, trust and estate disputes.
