Our client, a well known international law firm is seeking a 5PQE+ lawyer for their expanding regional funds group. Candidates should have experience in advising on all aspects of fund formation, structuring, and restructuring.

• Drafting of all fund documents, advising on commercial and technical legal issues.
• Working with a range of fund formation experts.

Experience:

• Experience at top commercial firms.
• Minimum 5PQE+
• Qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
