Our client is seeking experienced Paralegals to join their busy team. Ideal candidates will have experience in top-tier international firms, with a focus on supporting US IPO and DCM deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal support for US IPO and DCM deals.

• Collaborate with global teams and clients

Qualifications:

• Experience in a top-tier international firm

• Proficiency in Mandarin; native speakers are preferred

• Experience in ECM is desirable. 

• IPO experience is advantageous
