Financial Application Engineer | Law Firm | Hong Kong

Our client, a well known law firm is seeking a Financial Application Specialist to oversee and sustain the firms Legal Practice Management System and other financial software.

Key Duties

• Offer Level 1 and 2 support for the Firms LPMS
• Establish and manage user accounts, configure permissions and ensure proper access controls
• Work closely with external and internal IT teams to ensure application integration, stability, and security
• Oversee the implementation of application upgrades and patches
• Lead application config and customization
• Monitor application performance for optimal functionality
• Conduct regular system testing
• Offer technical guidance
• Maintain documentation related to application support procedures and troubleshooting FAQs
• Deliver user training

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• 3+ years experience in application support and technical troubleshooting legal firms or professional services
• Experience working with software development vendors for application support and incident management
• Knowledge of Aderant suite
• Ability to explain complex technologies to non-technical individuals
• Experience in system configuration, customization, and testing
• Familiarity with finance & accounting operation and software applications
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills
