Associate | Commercial Litigation and Investigations | Hong Kong

Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking a commercial litigation and Investigations Associate to join their Hong Kong office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation and investigation cases.
• Collaborate closely with a highly regarded partner on dispute resolution, regulatory enforcement, and investigations.
• Represent clients in disputes related to investment and financial products.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation and investigations.
• Common law qualified.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
• Experience working in top international law firms is highly valued.
• Strong academic background and excellent analytical skills.
