HR & Recruitment Officer | 4+ Years | Law Firm | HKG

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual HR & Recruitment Officer to join a fast-growing leading law firm in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, with Cantonese language skills considered a strong advantage. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support talent acquisition and HR operations within a high-performing team.

WHAT

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency.
• Liaise with external agencies and job platforms to optimize talent pipelines.

YOU

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within a law firm or reputable professional services firm.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
