Senior Associate | M&A PE | Singapore

Our client, an elite law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior M&A PE Associate to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, private equity, and international deal-making within Asia, specifically in Hong Kong or Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients and be involved in high-profile transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex M&A and private equity transactions.
• Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors

Qualifications:

• 6+ PQE from top-tier law firms.
• Extensive experience in handling international deals in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong or Singapore.
• English proficiency is essential; Chinese language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore if not already based there.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on Cravath scale
