A prominent international law firm is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join their Hong Kong office. Working as part of their HK HR team, this dynamic role involves handling daily HR duties, support other general recruitment activity and training for the experienced lawyer roles and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Preparing welcome packs to new joiners or trainees, monitoring and updating support staffs leave requests, carrying out MPF enrolment and termination
- Assisting in filing of applications with the Law Society, and handle visa applications for employees
- Supporting the wider HR team on recruitment across legal and support teams
- Managing CPD application process to the Law Society an updating training record
Requirements
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of HR experience gained from holding a similar position at a law firm or professional services firm
- Excellent English language skill is a must. Good Cantonese and Mandarin language skills will be ideal.
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
